Orthodontic treatment is a meaningful investment in both oral health and long-term confidence. At our practice, we are committed to making this process as accessible as possible through flexible, interest-free payment arrangements.
All financial aspects of your treatment are discussed upfront, ensuring full transparency and allowing you to make an informed decision before proceeding.
Consultation and Records
- Initial Consultation Fee: R791
Payable on the day of your appointment. - Records Fee: Estimated between R4,000 – R5,900
This may vary depending on factors such as the patient’s age, the complexity of the case, and the presence of any skeletal discrepancies.
This account is payable within 30 days.
Treatment Payment Structure
Customised orthodontic treatment is structured over the treatment period to remain affordable:
- An initial fee is payable at the bonding appointment
- The remaining balance is settled through comfortable monthly instalments
- All instalments are interest-free (30 days) and spread over the planned treatment duration

MEDICAL AID SCHEMES
As a preferred service provider for Discovery Medical Aid, our fees are structured in accordance with Discovery’s approved tariff guidelines.
Medical aid benefits vary. After the applicable records have been evaluated by Dr Pretorius, a formal quotation will be presented to you during a final consultation. You may submit the quotation to your medical aid prior to your specialized treatment.
Medical aid benefits can be utilised in accordance with your scheme’s provisions. Notwithstanding any contributions made by the scheme, the member remains ultimately responsible for the full settlement of the agreed treatment costs.
