A final discussion will be held by Dr Pretorius with the parents or the patient three months after the final records were taken to discuss the final result and the stability of the case.

All factors that might influence stability will be discussed with special reference to the development of the wisdom teeth.  If necessary the patient will be referred to have them removed.
